Best Nitrox gas for selected depth limited by maximum oxygen partial pressure.
The best nitrox is the richest mix you can safely breathe at your planned depth. More oxygen means less nitrogen and longer no‑stop times.
How it works
FO₂ = ppO₂ max ÷ (depth ÷ 10 + 1), rounded down
